It's not too late to say 'Happy New Year 2013'. Yes. Everyone keep asking around, 'hey, what's your new year resolution?', 'any changes for this new year?', 'seeing someone this new year?', 'etc..'. People are keep 'busying' themselves to find out what other people's going to do, to have, to plan for their future life. Few people are insisted to search for their own new year plan. The point is, why do we have to know what others wants to do for their lives? It is confusing yet interesting to know why :)
Never mind then. Let it be then. Let the time determine what they actually wants.
There is no rules or regulations that hinder people to keep silence.
