MPBE program.. What is that? It must puzzled your brain right?haha..actually it's a program under the Media Prima , one of their way of hiring talented and intelligent employee from different background. But I did not see any caineeeessee puun..lol..forget about that.
I went for the program on 8th of November 2011,and it is pretty exciting with a great interview screening process conducted. I was one of the talented candidates there. Owh thank God. The screening started at 9.30 am with a bit introduction about the core business of the organization, how their employees started their career, and one thing I love about is when FBI said, 'don't be afraid too much that you can't do it, even a bald person like me can do better'...Huaaaa..that really impressed me because I always think that I can perform well..
(Actually am waiting for their calls to invite me for the next stage of interview session)..but until now,no calls..huahua..
Let us focus again to the program..after the introduction, we had been separated into 4 groups, A1,A2,B1 and B2..and I'm included in B2( I think so,forgot..huhu)...I really had a serious 'hilang ingatan'..B2 was conducted by Angeline(the MP HR), it started with table talk where a cheese will be thrown to the person to start their 'impromptu' speech..huaaaa the cheese got into my hand, and I am the first guinea pig..so I have to 'cabut' a little piece of paper written a scenario in it..and then,jengjengjeng...I had this silly question written, 'what gift you expect from your love one?'...I started 'merapu' and 'merapu'..and then the second table topic is much fun as it needed you to speak according to the picture you got..and I got the bodyguard picture..'merapu' again...the last screening process is the IQ test..I did it well I think..
P/S:
I don't hope they'd call me today..I put my trust on God..if they'd called, then, that is what God had planned for me..if not, then God knows the best for me..
